What is the BC Overland Rally?

The BC Overland Rally provides an opportunity for novice or experienced overlanders to get together in a scenic location to share stories, ask questions, be inspired, make friends, learn skills, research, and buy gear.

It is open to families, individual adventurers, and vendors who want to talk to them.

Our guests arrive in cars, jeeps, motorbikes, vans, bicycles, campers, and anything else you can think of. They share a common love of the wild places, getting off the beaten path, and seeing new vistas.

The rallies allow our attendees to explore new ideas, learn new skills, and see new products.

Why should I be a vendor?

The BC Overland Rally isn’t just another tradeshow—it’s a rare opportunity to connect with your customers face-to-face in an increasingly digital world. It’s about more than transactions or clicks; it’s about meaningful conversations, hands-on experiences, and building relationships that last.

For newcomers, the world of Overlanding can feel overwhelming. This is your chance to bridge that gap, to educate, inspire, and share the story behind your products and your company in a way that no online platform can replicate.

Expect attendees to climb under the trailers, step into the campers, and get hands-on with your gear. They’ll try on the clothing, ask about your brand’s history, and look for the trust and expertise that only comes from real, in-person connections. When it’s time for them to make a big purchase—whether it’s in a week, a month, or a year—they’ll know who to call; the person who took the time to build that connection with them at the Rally.

Vendor Booth Lite

$500 CAD

  • Recommended for smaller vendors (e.g., jerky, snacks, maple syrup, crafts, art/hobby, meal kits, etc.)
  • Includes a 20' × 20' booth space. No camping. 
  • Comes with 2 staff tickets and any number of kids under 19. 
  • Check-in starts: Friday 8 AM (Booth setup must be completed by 1 PM)
  • Check-out starts: Sunday 5 PM

Vendor Entry

$890 CAD

  • Includes a 20' × 40' booth & camping space.
  • Comes with 4 staff tickets and any number of kids under 19.
  • Check-in starts: Friday 8 AM (Booth setup must be completed by 1 PM)
  • Check-out before: Monday 10 AM (Early check-out available from Sunday 5 PM)

Vendor Additional Staff

$60 CAD

  • For those who need more than 4 staff members.

Additional 20’×20’ Camping Space

$100 CAD

  • For those who need extra space beyond the standard 20' × 20'.
