2025 BC Overland Rally

This isn't a race, and it’s not about pushing limits—it’s about community, education, and fun. Think of it as an outdoor festival, where you can join workshops, participate in hands-on driving courses, hear inspiring stories from seasoned travelers, and wind down by the fire with new friends.
Day Pass (Sat. or Sun.)
- Day Pass includes access to all activities, except the evening raffle & camping.
- Allows a single check-in on either Saturday or Sunday, NOT both.
- Event hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (Must leave the site by 5:15 PM).
Single Person Entry
- Full weekend all-inclusive, includes a 20' × 20' camping space.
- Includes a single adult and any number of kids under 19.
- Check-in starts: Friday 1 PM
- Check-out before: Monday 10 AM (Early check-out available from Sunday 5 PM)
Two-Person/Family Entry
- Full weekend all-inclusive, includes a 20' × 20' camping space.
- Includes 2 adults and any number of kids under 19.
- Check-in starts: Friday 1 PM
- Check-out before: Monday 10 AM (Early check-out available from Sunday 5 PM)
Additional 20’×20’ Camping Space
- For those who need extra space beyond the standard 20' × 20'.
- Day Pass holders who purchase this on-site will also gain access to evening raffle & camping.

- Check-out before: Monday 10 AM (Early check-out available from Sunday 5 PM)
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
- We offer refunds up until 30 days before the event. After that, all sales are final unless the event is canceled or postponed. In those cases, you’ll be eligible for a refund.
- Kids under 19 get in free, under the Family Entry ticket.
